Anyone's have a good lawyer that know mca?
I've posted in here a few times, it's a great resource for someone newer like me. I have closed about 12 deals. Now and I am experiencing my first client that is having payment issues. However I think the lender is doing some shady things to collect. So my question is does anybody have a lawyer that he can speak with that knows about MCA's? I know that there's not much regulation here but there has to be some regulation right?

Sure. How many positions does your client have out? Any details on the lenders actions will help too.

Got it. So your merchant has multiple positions and you co-brokered the deal with a rep through your deep relationship cultivated from a message board. Now that the stacked business owner has trouble paying, the solution is to revisit the message board to solicit an attorney to represent the client that YOU BOTH STACKED!!
Does your "rep" work for the so-called shady funder too? That would be a peach.Last edited by HDF; 10-17-2016 at 05:44 PM. Reason: This is insanity
