Does anybody offer or have a contact on a lender that provides this product?

I have a client that is looking to obtain acquisition capital to purchase a existing dairy farm & cattle operation. The operation they are looking to acquire is grossing $15M a yr in milk sales and $5M a yr in beef sales. Has $10M worth of cattle and equipment & 1600 ac. of land. This farm has had great returns for many years. The farm also has a long term contract with Hilmar Cheese Plant. Clients have 30 plus years in the dairy industry and buy n sale cattle dairy everyday. The total purchase price is $23M, but the sellers are willing to owner finance the remaining if they can come with $15M down. This dairy farm will make money from day 1 of purchase.
