    3% of the funded amount can be 30-50% of total commission. That sounds like a good deal to me.

    You are correct... I misread and was thinking 2 to 3 % off the commish that the ISO gets.. not off the funded amount.. My Bad!

    establish a buy rate program with your funding partners, Mark it up 8 or ten points....aka make 8 or 10 percent commission and if it was a referral split your commission a true 50 50.

    This is the best scenario 50/50 no base using buy rates / however this is for cold callers, what do you recommend for inbound leads. Example let's say we are spending big money on ppc for all leads. 50/50 is way to much commission at that point. With a 20-30k base. Maybe 10%-15% of the commission.

    that is a pretty weak base... and 15% is kind of weak too... lol

    when you work for an ISO shop, your normally not going to get a base, but a huge rip on commisisons... when you work for a lender, and have to do all sorts of admin work as well as selling, you should expect a base... thats my opinion...
