One new owner brought on this year at 50% has good fico over 750. Does not show ownership on prior tax returns only on new corp docs
The other owner who shows on company tax returns for prior years has 500 fico
Looking for 12 month deal for 125k+ with early payoff. Not interested in 1.3-4 factor rates. Also not interested in factoring at this time as he needs funding next 48-72 hours will set that up for him later

When did the new owner obtain 50%? Depending on the length of the new owner along with his credit it is a possibility for us.
