If processing isn't an option, ask if they have real estate. Our minimum loan size is $50K however, so keep that in mind please.

1 Position and Good Credit, its likely we can work with. It will all depend on if the borrower falls into our top 3 Tiers (A, B+, B) with internal scoring upon running an application.
