Non Profit seeking best options- 4m annual

I have a client in NY that has an orchard which is producing 4m in revenue from its crops with 2.5m in relestate (WILL Not collateralize) "Stated to get the ? out the way" and 50 plus % is from profits the company generates from sales. Seeking term lender who can lend 500k-2m for equipment and to complete purchase orders. MUST ACKNOWLEDGE ITS A NON-PROFIT!

WILL NOT DO Equipment lease or buy back, Must be a loan to purchase w/e is desired by said company.

Owners will sign for loan on business, but not a personal loan but has an 820 FICO. credit report will be provided.

Note client has multiple business and will not cross collateralize 32m net annual profits.

No true bank will fund a non profit, current bank declined client a LOC because of the amount of money they make for a non profit....

I have client at sfs pending approval but client wants options.

    Talk to me!

Client needs to loosen their stranglehold on what they're looking for.

Not seasonal, it produces a year round product,

He just has too much assets and will not tie them to a loan for a non profit when he will need these locations for other larger acquisitions. Client will consider lender first dibs if they can fund their Nonprofit. The acquisition contracts for his other projects are pending and this non profit needs to equipment to expand its shipping ports and is causing a delay in the amount of attention needed on this location.

    Thank you

You might try reaching out to Griffin. Zach is right though...they should loosen up a bit.
