4 months in business doing 10-15k a month. Had an offer from you guys for 8k.
First you ask for POO of tax returns, on an 8k deal. Then at the last minute, you login into the banks and see that for Sept he only did 3k.
That killed the deal.

So your post is total bull****. you are saying that you guys would make an offer on a deal where he was closed for Sept?
