Merchant is in Ontario. Buys student housing, fixes them up and rents out. My typical Canadian funding partners--OnDeck, BCC, BFS, Merchant Advance won't fund this industry. Are there any funders that would do this industry type if numbers looked good?

Upperline....There are a few private equity funds that invest in the industry. If you do a google search you will probably find them. I did one about 6 years ago, but it was an equity deal in Europe.
