    Aviation Business looking for $2mill

I have a company that has been awarded a $240 mill govt contract, over 3 years for training all types of govt agencies.
They did $600k in 2015, and are slated to do $1.2 mill this year. Looking for $2 mill to get the proper up front costs covered. There can not draw until work is complete.
I know this forum is not the correct site, but does anyone have a recommendation for a factoring company that specializes in govt contracts?

Hey Skideeppow - I am a direct lender and can fund $2M. It may well be worth a discussion. We are in the process of funding a $2M deal right now.

I'm assuming you have a typo above when you said they are on track to do $1.2M this year (since they did $600M last year).

Please feel free to reach out if you would like to discuss.

If they project 1.2M this year they will not qualify for $2M. Unless they can verify over $5M last year. Very few lenders will loan against the contract. Lots of guys will invoice factor government entities. I doubt the lender above will go 2M for you on this deal.
Clarify the past 2 year revenues , past 6 months revenues and if they have income streams from other sources.

Although we are not a factoring facility, if the contracts check out, it is very likely that WBL can facilitate this transaction for you. We can utilize the predicted revenue streams in our underwriting to provide a substantial offer.

I would like to talk to you about the details of the deal. We may be in a position to get them close to the $2.0 million if we see how the money will be spent. If you give me your phone number I'd be happy to give you a call.

    Skideeppow,

I just sent you a PM.

With a $240mil contract over 3 years the Company will eventually need a factoring facility greater than $6mil. We can easily accommodate the size. It would be very hard for them to out-grow us! I would suggest sending me an e-mail so I can get up to speed on the Company. On the surface it sounds like they should sign a one year agreement based on their current volume and address rate at the end of the first year to adjust for 2017 growth . If they are billing $600K/month now they should not be paying more than 15% all in for cost of capital. If anyone suggests otherwise.....you are talking to the wrong people. Your client will get a great deal and you will receive some handsome commission over the term.
Also-Government contractors can be difficult to fund for some factors. We don't have an issue with them.

    Best,

    Kevin

Since everyone else is throwing their hat in the ring: I have Partners that will finance the contracts in concert with the Enterprise. All depends on the terms of the contract-

If he gets your client $2M first draw that would be surprising.

If he is unable to secure the $2MM, I'd love to take a look at the deal.
