***DIRECT FUNDERS*** Hotel Needs 200k
Hello To all,
I have a hotel owner in Louisiana who is getting money from an insurance settlement and would like a 200k Advance. Hotel is half operational, only the top floors but is still currently generating revenue.
6 to 12 months if at all possible. No real estate as collateral (sorry WBL)

We provide settlement funding. Technically speaking, the funding would be secure by reassigning the contract to the lender.

Excuse me? No, this isn't a refinance.
Settlement funding is when a lender "purchases" the contract at a discounted price. That discounted price is what the client receives as funding. Then, the lender is reassigned as the beneficiary and receives all future payments on said contract.

We do both but structured is a lot easier for us to work with as pulling money out of a life insurance policy has a high level of variance between insurance companies. The process is much more involved.
