I am not against how you conduct your business... hell, I did/do the same thing. I still have some Brokers I do a 80/20 with- they do all of the sales, I do their processing. win-win. BUT the ones I do this for know what they are doing. I don't get 2 out of 4 of the pages of banks and missing info. on apps. The liability you are putting your company under is crazy. TRUST me. What happens when you pay out commissions and one of your Brokers coaches your Merchant to default? What happens when one of your Brokers charges a ridiculous fee to a high rate advance but you're the one that submitted it?

What is an "aged" lead?
Is it legal to text an "aged" lead?
Do you work with an ISO Rep at the national funding companies you are signed up with?
How do Brokers work with you? CRM? Email?
