    Beat it how? More money?

    Where did the offer come from? By the looks of the rate it's a pretty decent deal and there aren't many DFs that will do a dealership at that amount/rate... what is stopping you from closing this?

    Sounds like swift to me. Swift has been doing some crazy stuff with their internal sales. They will fund auto sales for internal sales but not for ISOs.

    Told you this broker did not have the offer direct and merchant is shopping. Have him send copy of the contract. I say highly unlikely offer but never know for sure know a day
