Hi Jay,

Are they financing their receivables through a secured lender? I offer factoring facilities and asset based lines of credit. Perhaps we can structure a more cost effective revolving facility that helps. If they are already factoring, I bet we can improve on their rate which in turn will help.

Kevin (above) is first rate. My guess is that the client has a factor AND has 400k on top of that in advances. As they are doing $1.25M per month the biggest question is: what is their Gross Profit Margin?

If it is lean the solutions become more challenging- not impossible however. Our Firm works with Funds that deploy their Capital to consolidate these types of files however they will need 100-200% collateral coverage to do so.
