Biggr,
Revenue sounds strong, however the challenge with Wholesalers in general is Gross Profit Margin. If client earnestly wants a 60 month facility, top line (revenue) is a starter, what his GPM is on that revenue will tell you if he has a shot- and steer the file accordingly.
If his margin is only 10-15% that means his profit is approximately 80k per month- or the equivalent of a firm billing 200k per month with a 40% GPM. If his net profit out of that 80k is 15k, he will have the Debt Service Coverage to qualify for the Capital (with a nice cushion). If his net income is less than 5k- he will not.
Understanding what a client is eligible for-and guiding them based on that- is what will keep the client from going to another Broker- who he/she is likely speaking to while working with you. Rather than losing these large files our practice is designed to assist our Partners in Consulting the client of their options, gaining trust, and advocating the best possible result.
Touch base if you would like assistance.
