    Need Mortgage Connect

    I need a connect who can do mortgages, no matter how small or large the deal.

    I just got 2 clients who wanted to get money out of their free & clear homes.

    They're more eager than I am because I can't do anything for them w/out a good contact. That's money being lost...

    WBL is a great resource for deals with property, but who cannot secure funding through traditional ACH/MCA lenders. Plus, your commission with us would be much greater than a mortgage lender would pay.

    I suggest going to Scotsmanguide.com..

    I usually accommodate clients that we are working with- but as you know- Real Estate is time consuming..

    Depends on location and if owner occupied. If they are open to hard money

    Rich, those clients are actual consumers; not merchants. I couldn't work with Scotsmanguide as none of their banks will deal with anyone unless they have a mortgage broker's license. I'm considering getting one, but I highly doubt it's worth it as of yet...

    These are all owner-occ. Otherwise, I know where to take them. My problem is all those sporadic owner-occ. consumers who come by to take money out of their free & clear homes. I had two call me just last week from promotional flyers they saw (that's not what I put on the flyers, but hey!)

    Sure. Don't think you will find a mortgage broker to compensate you on these leads. They legally cannot
