    Question First Position Split Fund with Baggage

    I have a Restauant/Deli pulling in over 80k per month in revenue - 65k in credit card processing. Looking for a split fund. Weak Credit score and w/ negative days (about 10 per month). Slow paid his last MCA but now has UCC released, with Zero Balance letter. Looking for a max offer.
