He's stating that someone at Funder A sent his merchant over to Funder B (Dynamic Capital) who is trying to cut out the broker and deal with the client directly. Just another typical day in our field.

I read between the lines
I've done something similar before to try and find who's backdooring me. I put one of my phone numbers in the merchant's cell # field and wait to see who contacts me.

Well Funder A could have legitimately sent the file out if it was declined in-house. The broker will need to dig deeper...

We just had an exclusive bank referred merchant who we have an exclusive relationship with got an email from Dynamic Capital just yesterday after we submitted it to a few lenders last week. Time to do some investigating. Someone please let me know if anyone finds out who is shopping these merchant's info to Dynamic Capital and I'll do the same.

It'll take someone filing a complaint and pursuing it far enough. Most of these merchants just give up and call it a day
