Now Advancing up to 125% of Qualified Accounts Receivable.
Your customers may benefit from a substantial over-advance of accounts receivable as part of the new Delancey Hybrid program.
Typically a client generating $100,000 monthly in commercial accounts receivable will have qualified of receivables of about $175,000. We will in many cases advance much more than that through an ongoing line of credit.
Even if your client has a senior lender using accounts receivable as collateral we can often replace that lender or factor with up to 50% more cash.

Yes, but a typical client's receivables that could be financed are about 1.75 times monthly revenue or an average of about 52 or 53 days outstanding.

Hey Bob.. It sounds interesting.. Many of the files I see have a factor as a senior lender with up to 3 positions behind that.
What is the criteria that you're seeking?
Are you looking for firms that have inventory and/or PO's in addition to receivables?
Do the firms need to show a profit and/or low payables ratio?
As you and I have discussed: Factoring is purchasing existing receivables- and advances are purchasing future receivables. How much of the future sales will you buy? Is it another month? Do you have stacking restrictions? Are there any other nuances the folks here should know about?
Good Luck with this by the way..
