credit? balance on first? NSF or negative days? # of deposits per month (sometimes a problem for construction companies)

sub 1.3 factor for a second position with that credit is not going to happen it would be hard to go sub 1.3 for a first position with that credit.. Merchant needs his expectations kicked back to reality.. What is the balance is paying off the first position a possibility?
