    Carwash Purchase

Who would finance a carwash purchase. I am still getting more details but so far I only have the purchase price of around $900K. The buyer is also purchasing the land the carwash sits on through different financing.

    I already asked for the
    1.) Purchase contract
2.) last 2 years tax returns for the business
3.) Year to date profit and Loss
    4.) Balance Sheet

I have also asked the following questions and waiting for answers:
1.) What is the total purchase price, including land and business.
2.) What is the land purchase price
3.) What is the exact business purchase price
4.) How much personal money is the buyer bringing into the business purchase side of the deal (down payment)
5.) What is the yearly gross revenue of the business
6.) What kind of profit does the carwash make a year
7.) What other assets, besides the land, does the business currently own. Are they being included in the purchase?
8.) Does the business currently have any debt? If so, is it being paid off with the purchase?
9.) What is our buyer’s FICO and overall credit.
10.) Does the buyer have any experience in the carwash business?
11.) What is our buyer’s net worth?

Maybe...but Zach might run into LTV issues if the RE financier is doing industry standard funding. Worth a shot though.

When you get answers to your questions, feel free to reach out. I am not against funding an acquisition if the numbers all make sense.
