You put construction and South Florida in the same sentence which a year ago would mean SUPER high risk- decline. The rise of construction in Florida reflects on the Businesses and Contracts the construction company has/can bring in. Are they residential, commercial, do they have gov. contracts, work out of their home? Many unknown answers here.
