Who does large consolidations?

Has 3 MCA positions, total about 200k. Does 300-350k a month. Pulled credit and background check, credit 700 background clean. Been in business 35+yrs. Has collateral.

Sounds like a beautiful business! Who, How, and When the 3 positions were taken will count in qualifying this deal. Not many people have opened up to creative and strategic consolidations of companies that are healthy and long standing. The reputable funders I know of cap their consols at a certain amount- Depending on the 1st and/or 2nd position, the last two can be consolidated leaving the first.

What is their AR outstanding?
Do they have equipment or inventory?

Hey!

Directly, No. Still close - YES. PSC and I have a strategic relationship and I can vouch for their services as a platform company. PSC does offer multiple companies that they service a chance to review deals on a syndicated level through their Marketplace. Though it isn't a "true" consolidation service, it may be an outlet to get some of these files done with one credit pull, extensive underwriting, and companies that work together and not fight for deals.

I am a direct funder and we do large consolidations (in fact, at $200k it would be a small consolidation for us).

I am not a cash advance lender so things operate a little differently. It is a monthly payment (not daily). 12-30 month term. If the client desires, they can pay us off any time after six months with no fees, penalties or interest.

My primary driver for pre-qualification is NET income (we need to be sure there is enough net income at the end of the month to service their debts with a comfortable margin left over). If you think your client might be a fit, I'd love to take a look.
