Let's put a nice 1st lien on the new location and factor in the financials from the first location. Spread the term out a few years... maybe a weekly payment. (Pending review, closing takes a few weeks FYI- your request doesn't come with fast MCA promises).

LOL! This is a difficult deal. Most lenders are extremist with their feelings towards restaurants. It is possible though.

The new location would have a lien, and the first locations financials would have to make sense. Also, no additional funding, profitable on the last 2 tax returns, decent credit.

I'll get in on this deal but we wont make many points. Still a nice commission.
