July he had 10 deposits but the months before he had like 3 or 4. Most second position lenders with nice rates want at least 10 deposits....

Instead of prolonging the bleeding with another MCA, try looking into other sources of capital. Who are the deposits from? If he is billing a credit worthy customer, we can fund his receivables.

My rates for second position are usually 1.3-1.35. Feel free to shoot it my way and I will give a max offer.

If you deal with farmers on the regular shoot me a PM. We have some unique solutions for them and being in the Midwest tend to like those files a lot and know how to work with their sporadic revenue. Not a quick turn around (2-3 week UW) but good long term solution and lots of renewals.
