What we don't know is if there is any other debt on the Balance Sheet.. BIG part of the equation. If they have an LOC with their Bank or a relationship with an ABL Lender, it facilitates the need to attack the situation differently.

If they do have Senior Debt- and they want Mezz Debt to take out the advances- they will need to be profitable- which is nearly impossible when a business is carrying debt service on 875k of advances (likely 250k per month out of 750k revenue). If they are in growth mode there are Funds that we work with, that will invest in the business and sit somewhere between debt and equity on the balance sheet- hoping the company grows so that they receive a windfall on their exit.

If they just want to buy out the advances (assuming there is no other LOC or loan) we work with other Funds that will consolidate the debt- Yet NEED to be the only credit instrument- AND have requisite collateral to feel comfortable.

I can't fathom there is any Direct Lender on this Forum that will lend 500k for an 8th position. If you find that to be the case feel free to touch base for an additional set of eyes..
