Why are you looking to do a 3rd position? Most likely going to be higher rate and shorter term. Just my two cents but consolidation and net capital ($100k), might be a better option.

In order to really assess the situation-as the client is looking to complete usurp their Gross Profit Margin with more debt- the folks in this space that can facilitate a Global solution will need to know: Industry type, Debt structure, prior and current financial data.
