    Restaurant with Tons of NSF

So i have a restaurant with - ave daily balances everyday, nsfs every day (he has overdraft protection).
CC processing is 32k a month and bank dep are over 100k from Dec-April then July-Sept.
He has balance of 32k with someone, split funding of Global platform.
He needs more cash and current funder wont give him anything.

Anyone willing to take a look? No collateral to pledge, credit is not great.

He says he has an offer from someone, $58k, taking 20% weekly ACH draw. I just dont know how anyone can offer that.

    Thanks

Cresthill will take a look and get back to you pretty quick. If we make offer it will be with very few stips and fund hours after contracts are back-in.

Any chance if they look at the full year of processing the average could be higher? If the average can get up to 45k-50k you may be able to buy out the current split deal.

if thats the case i dont see any options, with a split already in place with the balance that high.. Put it on the back burner till the balance comes down.. I cant see that other offer you mentioned being real with how ugly you say the banks are
