NEW ISSUE for 3rd TIME THIS WEEK....
Stacking has hit a new low. For the 3rd time this week I received a FED EX'd copy of a contract that contained not only our docs but that of two other funders with identical offers that were signed 2 days after ours were signed.
The best part is when I called the ISO about where the docs were, the response was they were, "waiting on the merchant."
Self-policing needs to make a rare appearance.

Thanks for the support guys. I think the part that really has got me upset is the lack of responsibility taken by the ISO when confronted!!!
I mean help me out here, what else am I suppose to do other than cut them off? And here is the messed up part...It has been 2 didrefent ISO's in the 3 cases, but the other funder(s) have been the exact same each time!!!!

I honestly think that all of us should stay in contact with each other and warn each other of such ISO's - It will be beneficial for all of us Funders to do so.
Andy, Isaac and Capital Stack, you may contact me at 702-473-1145.

The funding companies were WGF and Pearl/Horizon....
After talking to the ISO's I have a "NEW" perspective on how this happened!!!

That's just horrible business!! What was ISO thinking? And how smart can you be to even send the competitor contracts?????

When stackers are complaining about being stacked on you know we've hit a new low!

That's always a risk. That's why many funders do a UCC search on the day of funding. The way for a merchant to really game the system is to coordinate all the fundings to hit on the same day and that takes some luck and skill.
