Cresthill Capital Would love to take a shot at it. you should get fast offer with fewest stips and we pay DOUBLE DIGIT COMMISSIONS!
we recently added file-adjusters that sit right near the UW's so when offer needs an adjustment we can quickly see the possibilities.

Sorry, can't help there. We could take a look if it is discharged w/ PP.

Feel free to pm or call me if you can't get any action on that first position...

Chabmo whats wrong with funding someone that had financial difficulties in the past, if an UW feels that its OK to purchase a little of his future sales receivables ?

    You're both right...

Chambo, I don't make the rules, I just try to close the deals... I know our underwriters are adventurous, but they are also extremely diligent and careful. We take our fiduciary responsibility very seriously, and would never, ever sink a merchant through negligent underwriting policies.

Marcus, Nothing... Nothing at all. As long as it's done carefully, and done to help the merchant, not for those double digit commissions...

When I pulled into a Racetrac this morning to get some gas (shout out to Allison Moran) and a homeless man asked me for a dollar i could have made a thousand excuses why not to help the man and 990+ of them would have made sense Yet i helped the man! I see no reason why a merchant that has had a terrible background should be judged and denied a helping hand so long as he has ongoing receivables to purchase at a discount.

    pm'd you

Funding a merchant with an open Chapter 13 is risky. The merchant misses 1 payment and they are at risk of having the bankruptcy dismissed with out any of the debts being discharged.

We can get get you funded as soon as the bankruptcy is discharged but again this is very risky if there are lenders out there funding while it is still open.

Likewise. Most lenders will only fund discharged, if at all...

What's wrong with giving a merchant a second position, when they have already declared before the courts that they cannot pay their debts as is, with ZERO advances?

well the person in the parking lot didn't enter an agreement with a US court and the people he owed money to. So you lend them money make them violate a court approved bankruptcy because you will be taking money from him that should be going to other people and lets see what happens next.. You have said plenty of things I disagree with but this one takes the cake.
