Funding a merchant with an open Chapter 13 is risky. The merchant misses 1 payment and they are at risk of having the bankruptcy dismissed with out any of the debts being discharged.

We can get get you funded as soon as the bankruptcy is discharged but again this is very risky if there are lenders out there funding while it is still open.

viking funding would do a 13 on payment plan

i funded people 1st position with a 13 bankruptcy, a 13 means there making payments every month, viking takes 13 files with no issue as long as they have a payment history and been paying on it for awhile. I'm sure there's other lenders that take a 13 too.
