12 months bank, PNL, balance sheet, recent tax return, application. I can get an offer with just the bank statements and application but will need financials to close. One day for funding after contracts are in.

seriously the guy didn't even get funded a first position and you are already trying to stack?? And telling the guy to stack on a bank that would have just funded a 200k deal for him.. Excellent way to get the ISO cut off from the bank.

only if May's activity is more consistent with their monthly AVG, or it just happened to be a better month and their real deposit volume is closer in line with the June and July activity

Or if it was a little better AND he got an advance for maybe $150k, bringing the total deposits higher for the month.

yeah but even based on those numbers 200k is not a stretch. Obviously additional underwriting would need to take place but with that info if the banks show those numbers I dont see 200k being a problem at all

"Fastest Offer Fewest Stips" is my slogan for the last year or so.... and i used that terms after reading a article about slogans and it said to use a term with something that adequately describes your companies model. Hence the term "Fastest Offer Fewest Stips"

And then they'll steal the commission. That's the powerup I know. Charlie Mayo is a thief. As I said gave customer more money as customer was paying back first 105K. Never informed me and refused to pay me. Charged customer 5k fee on a 30k loan too.

I just answered the question for the person who made the thread, I don't want any part of drama , I said i've not had a bad experience with them, not saying they didnt screw John.

I just know for them to fund you need like 3 items, and they do it same day, but John said he got screwed so I would make sure you speak to them about that before you reach out to them I guess?

TMR, they may be able to do MUCH better. you seem to be interested in getting a good deal for your client.
Would they qualify for a combination advance product and asset based loan? What is there business?

RE: Powerup. They did well on the first funding at 105K. But then they added more 6 months later, no contact to me. Found out from the client and Mayo refused to pay commission on it. Should've figured it out because Mayo wasn't answering on other submissions.

Also found out all submissions I sent were personally contacted by Mayo after Powerup rejected and made offers to by Mayo.
