    CA Trucking Company

    Looking for a place to fund a California trucking company with 2 outstanding positions. The first position is with Knight Capital, with an approximate balance of $10,000. He recently took a second position with Yellowstone for $7,000 paying back approximately $10,000. The merchant would like to pay off both positions and net $10,000. He does about $40,000 in monthly revenue and has a 606 credit score. He owns 2 trucks.
    Where lending is FUNDamental!!!!

    Does borrower have Real Estate? We will lend up to 3x deposits with equity pledge on property (commercial / residential / land). Funding in as little as 7-10 business days. For this borrower with Real Estate up to $120,000 based on deposits.

    Zo, your client may qualify for the Delancey Hybrid, a combination of an advance and traditional Factoring. If Factoring is available the accounts receivable will pay off the existing advances and new advances can be used for additional working Capital. If both are done under one roof you will keep your client,in compliance with their c9ntracts and removethepossiblity if future legal problems.

    If the trucks are free and clear he can consider sale & leaseback financing with a nominal repurchase option.
