KTK-Thank you!
Kudos to KTK and a big thank you!
Today we will be funding a factoring deal he referred to us that had some challenges, but we were able to accommodate the customer's needs. KTK did a great job presenting the opportunity. He had a great understanding of the business and the need and also had a host of financial information available prior to us meeting the client.
Thanks again KTK and I am very much looking forward to working on many more deals with you!
Best,

Wow, thanks Kevin! Really appreciate the kind words it means a lot. You guys knocked it outta the park. SeaCoast gave these guys the best deal on the street, and I can't tell you the hoops they jumped through to accommodate a very tough "negotiator" of a client.
Looking forward to buying you a drink in S. Florida next week while in town.

What Anonymous ....no hug? KTK is coming to South Florida soon. We will be meeting for drinks in Hollywood. I know that's beneath you South Beach guys, but perhaps you can UBER to Hollywood and grab a drink with us. We would not want you driving the G-Wagon in Broward County.....

I love it down there John, I used to live in Boca. We were at Margaritaville a month back and loved it so heading back down. Kids had a ball, we used to stay at the Hrock, but Buffet did a good job so that's our new go to spot.

Hit Nicks on Minnesota, Bonnie and Reids on Arizona (Bar rescue changed it from Toucans) and for brunch Mama Mias/Sushi Room with bloody Marys (32 oz) on young circle with bottomless mimosas or go to Marriot for the jazz brunch same price, enjoy. A middle class price too ($19.99). Sunrise at 704 am at Ocean Alley with Eggs Benedict and Mimosa or Bloodies, amazing. Margaritaville for 265 mill is a bit of a let down for locals.

As a semi- recently exited local- we loved it, and in my opinion completely revitalized the Hollywood Boardwalk area. Which is questionable at best - north or south just a bit.
Anyway thanks for the tips.

Actually called the "Broadwalk" as it's concrete not boards like Atlantic City. It's a quaint area, not Las Olas or South Beach and at 1/3 of the price.
