Is that the buy rate you're looking for? If not, I think you'll have trouble getting anywhere close to that with any commission left in it.

Maybe reach out to Rapid? They have been doing some pretty ridiculous deals within their premium pricing tier lately.

What's the reason for no additional stips? If you can get typical stips for that size of a file (including financials), our buy-rates start at 1.08x for 6 month then 1% per month thereafter (i.e. our buy-rate for 18 months starts at 1.18x) -- would have to be a true A-paper deal to qualify for that and we'd need typical stips for that large of a file, though.
