I have seen non for profits with 6 to even 7 Digits a month in deposits..to name a few: Schools, Aquatics Facilities, Medical Centers, Senior Centers, Universities, etc.

Are they operating as a General Contractor on a 501c basis? That could make it tough for anyone, but if that is not the case, there is a distinct possibility I could generate an offer close to the 20-25k mark (pending review of the financials, of course)...
