i have nothing but problems with decision logic. Literally 80% of my accounts can not get it completed. Most get locked out of their bank account because they enter the info too many times.
It ends up creating frustration and additional work. I end up having to request MTD act reports from the merchant.

We are very familiar with MicroBilt’s offering and have many clients who have looked at both products. Please take into consideration, to our knowledge, we only suspect we have lost two lenders to MicroBilt’s solution. The major differences between the products are:

DecisionLogic has stand-alone, sophisticated, and easy to use interfaces for CSR’s to use without having to integrate.
Higher borrower participation rate with some lenders saying the comparison is dramatic.
Complete summary analytics displaying all transactions of eight critical underwriting categories.
Large variety of API’s, with integration source code, for integration at any level.
Complete mobile and texting features allowing you to communicate with borrowers anywhere.
DecisionLogic is priced lower and includes all set up, support, API Source Code Kit, and texting fees.
MicroBilt is claiming they support approximately 13,000 institutions. Our data provider also accesses 13,000+ institutions. However, our coverage statements are based on Bank and Credit Union coverage which is what you need to make underwriting decisions versus airline points. The truth is, we cover approximately 97% of our lenders lookups. MicroBilts claims of increased coverage are greatly exaggerated.

Additionally, we are hearing that lenders are finding the following information to be very compelling:

    http://law.justia.com/cases/federal/...3861/276063/10

    http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j...qYA6JtXMPzlbYw

These last two links may be especially sensitive taking into consideration MB claims to store your users banking credentials. Are your borrowers ID and Password’s safe and what would happen if there was a security breach? Our data provider is a Tier One Financial Enterprise regulated and audited by the Federal Government. Where do you want your customer’s most sensitive information stored?

Please reach out to support and we can help correct any issues with client completion of the request.
