Florida client seeks $250k (biz and real estate)
It's not a WBL deal, the current ltv on the property is already over 80%, you probably won't even get an offer from them. And on the SBA express if you drop the loan amount to $150k you can get by with a 600 fico.

Agreed the LTV is too high for WBL.
Bostriba - If the combined monthly net income of both businesses (the one he owns and the one he is purchasing) is in excess of $33k, I might be able to fund him internally (I am a direct lender).
