Who is doing monthly payments? Gas station 185K started, now 105K with a daily of $1240. All Current. Good Fico. Wants to pay off and find a monthly. Have weekly with substantially lower daily of $700 ($3500) and cash, but not monthly.

get his financials and ask if he has any collateral pref real estate with equity and try wbl, you can also try funding circle , loan me , Foundation , qualify him @
Kabbage for a revolving 12 month line of credit monthly deal, he may want to consider paying the purchase and sale agreement he has now for 185k , not good idea

I do monthly payments. This would be a small deal for us but the client is currently paying $26k monthly ($1,240 X 21 days) and if he qualified, his monthly payment would be about $8k.

If it does not work for us, I believe that Breakout can do monthly payments with some clients.

Thanks Dan...financials unfinshed. Looking for the easy way out. MCA type product with minimal paperwork. Otherwise looking at ODK 24 mo program to bring daily under $500. Never used breakout but will check. Getting full financials but not overnight which is why I'm taking the MCA route.
