Attn: Seeking Restaurant Financing
Hello, all!! I am seeking restaurant financing for a client from Illinois, looking to purchase in Tampa, FL. He already has a signed contract for the location along with all supporting documentation for underwriting.
The business is being purchased for $400k. However, he would not own the building just purchasing the business inside the space with equipment already intact ready to open shop. He's just short of $150k.-$200k. for additional financing and down payment. Could anyone possibly assist with this??
