Hi everyone: Anyone know of construction subcontractors (besides IFG) that are still funding invoices on work completed? Debtors are located in Texas, the subcontractor is located in PA. Invoices range from $130K - $2.5MM but debtors, being that they are GCs, have limited information on DnB and Experian Business.

Financing contractors is tricky because if intervening liens and unusual industry specific invoicing procedures.
