    Consolidation Deals - $620k

    Hi all,

I need some consolidation lenders. Already talked to Power-Up Lending, EZ Business Funding (Universal Cash Fund), and Funding Strategy Partners. Looking for some others to add to our network.

We have a few massive consolidation deals (one for $100k and another for $520k)

We prefer direct lenders but willing to co-broker if you pass our smell test.

    Thanks,

    Hanna

World Business Lenders can handle all your tougher consolidation deals, as long as the borrower has access to real estate collateral.

If the folks previously mentioned can't assist, we work directly with PE and Hedge Funds that have Consolidated up to 14 positions and up to $1.5M in advances.. Lender must be Senior Secured and Notes must be Guaranteed Personally by owners AND spouses.

Reach out if you would like more information..

    Best,

    Richard

    Helping Hand,

We have been successful on deals where the Company was factoring with one of our competitors and stacked some MCAs on top of the factor. The deals we got done were large in most cases. We were able to include other assets like inventory and M&E to provide enough liquidity to take out the factor and MCAs. At the same time we saved the Company a significant amount of money in financing fees which in turn helps with working capital and goes right to the bottom line.

One Company was a niche manufacturer that was financing their AR with a factor and stacked three MCAs on top of that. The factor was all in at around 22% and you don't even want to know what he was paying for the MCA.... We were able to provide as facility that included AR, Inventory, and Equipment and his all in rate was around 13%.

    Best,

    Kevin

    PMG,

It is customary to list your company name, address, and website if you offer your services here.

Also: not sure what you are referring to when you use the acronym LTV as relates to 'if there is". It has always been my understanding that meant "Loan to Value", and I don't understand the inference there.

By all means please introduce yourself and your firm to the group. We all can expand our contact base..

Richard is correct. Without the name and address if your com0any you will get kicked off. We're all willing to listen but you need to show us you are not a scam artist.

I would recommend Funding Circle, They are a term loan provider I use for my consolidation plus a few more ,
    - takes a couple weeks of training and background checks to get registered,
But its very simple online submission portal with single digit rate options.
I also can provide SBA 7a loans through smartbiz.

Please view my page with direct lender submissions under loan options for details or PM me.

    Thank you for your time!
