    Doctor needs consolidation

Doctor that does 200k a month wants to reconsolidate. The doctor has 3 loans with a total QS, Everest and DC totaling about 150k. Can any direct funder do this deal. Credit is good and cashflow is positive. No payments missed.

Renew w/ QS and buy out other positions if that's an option. Or leave QS in place, buy out EBF/DC w/ IOU on 0-net<$100K and you're good to go. Cash Advance King...lol, clearly.

I am a direct funder and consolidate a lot of clients. Minimum funding amount is $100k, max is $2M.

    Monthly payments
12-18 month term, plus a preferred program for "A Paper" that goes out to 30 months.
Early payoff available at six months with no fees, penalties or interest (client pays principle only and they are out)

I am open to doing a doctor's office but if it is just one individual doctor (e.g. a sole practitioner) that will be problem because if something happens to the good doctor, our investment is in peril.

Feel free to reach out and discuss if you are interested!

WBL can buy them out and offer up to 2-3X the client's monthly revenue. I just received a $250K approval for a client who had $50K of monthly cashflow -- they showed us contracts which indicated they would generate significantly more revenue as a result of our loan.

Ask if the doctor has real-estate collateral; perhaps we can put something appealing together.

Is this kid serious? I literally just told you how. Then Dan followed up and offered to take a look as well.
