Flooring
Merchant original had to payback over 400k on 3 advances. These advances are down to less than 40k.
The Payment is pretty high and the account is kinda unstable right now.
anybody that would buy out the balances and get us a lower payment.
I would do this in house but he is a little to negative and i cant get it done at home.

If they have significant NSF's and negative days, WBL is likely your only option for a consolidation. Typically a client with $400K of outstanding balances will have very high revenue -- the majority of high-revenue clients will own at least one piece of real estate.

All due respect to Zach- we work with opportunistic Funds that do not Underwrite files within the Cash Advance Model. Even if the client has 400k in cash advances, has losses on its Tax returns, with NSF's and negative days. If the client is in growth mode- has contracts or PO's to substantiate future sales, and would likely operate profitably with a less challenging cash flow hit- they will happily deploy capital.
Not dissimilar to WBL these Funds will need to have 100-200% collateral coverage and the Principals must personally guarantee the credit facility.
Feel free to reach out if this applies to this client..

If he is a commercial flooring contractor, I could possibly purchase his AR as a factor.
www.constructionfinance.com
I can buy his commercial construction AR for as low as 1.5%
