Technology company need $100K payoff of 1 position
Tech company
$100K outstanding, which just funded last month
Has $500K offer for a bank LOC, which should close within 30 days
$300-350K monthly revenue
$150K average bank balance
650 FICO
Has two large contracts that will nearly double revenue
Located in California
Need someone that will fund it for 18-month 1.35, paying off their $100K balance (which was recently funded)
