    Loans against Private Stock

    Are there any lenders who will do a loan against 5 million conservatively invested in private stock?

    Maybe...but the business income needs to be there to support it.

    As Dan said: if there is monthly revenue AND stock as collateral- we work with PE firms and Hedge Funds that need to be Senior Secured and be happy to deploy capital. Minimum investment is 500k up to $20M
