CA Restaurant looking for 40k
I'm doing a favor for a broker that brought me a deal which does not work for me for a variety of reasons, but she does not know where to turn.
This restaurant has been in operation for four years. Average 2016 Gross Revenue is $70k/month and they claim to not have any NSFs.
They apparently have some back taxes from 2013 owed to the IRS. They are looking for $40k and the IRS will purportedly give them a payment plan for the remaining $100k owed. They are ideally looking for a longer term (aka 5 years).
No real estate owned. I do not know anything more than what I have shared.
I would not put it out here other than trying to help a broker with a tough deal and she apparently does not have much of a network.
Happy to make the introduction if a direct lender wants to jump on this. Probably does not make sense to put another broker in it.
Thanks,
Dan Page
