I'm working with a home healthcare company that is looking for 100k, Average of last 4 months deposits is approximately 115k. Bank statements are pretty clean.

This would be a 1st position, although merchant has horrible personal credit, below a 500 FICO I believe. Merchant was doing 9-10 month terms with Swift, she wants a longer term than what Swift can offer.

I know this is a tough one given the personal credit!

Why not consider setting your client up with a line of credit using their accounts receivable as collateral along with a smaller Advance?

CSHoke: what is the reason for the low credit?

If they are profitable and there is a valid reason why the credit is damaged (that is reversible) that might be something we can Bridge in house with our own Capital.. we will only help if we see the credit challenge is temporary.
