What service provider do you guys recommend for California UCC lien searches and credit checks for people and businesess?

I'm considering the next choices for my small team but I was wondering if other better options exist that could be more competitive from a pricing, quality and effectiviness point of view. We will use the system for quick background checks and generate leads in California only.

Thanks for the suggestions. I will check them out. I have only used cortera and creditera but both a bit expensive.

Creditera is the only place I know you can pull personal and business credit history.

We pull trans Union for personal credit check. $10 per transaction

We have a monthly subscription with Experian smart business reports. 30 pulls for $150 then alacarte after that. However, to get detailed UCC reports you need to do a trade line addon for $15/report. We only pull UCC data when they show on the short report. Keeps our costs down to $5-20 per business as opposed to experian full business reports @ 40-50/pop. We pull personal experian with fico separate for 4.50 single and 9 joint.

Experian does not always contain full UCC data (happened many times that Experian showed x UCC and we found y UCC from another source)

We do not rely on Experian for UCC checks (although we take it into consideration). We use other sources for UCC checks in particular.
