Be advised if you have any clients with the name "Victory" or any link to it that the Fed flags them until further clarified and holds them. Just an FYI. Was news to me. Also be advised that the banks have this little known secret that they can actually peer into accounts not theirs to see if a check will clear......

they will fall under extra scrutiny and could possibly have their funds held. Much like any and all wire overseas that are over 10,000

What I'm saying is that in the case of new wires, Wells is saying they hold pending verification. Although on the other side you ach'd money to me last week on the same account that was not held.

Yes Chambo and the banks know it too and want no part of it. In my old life when we were funding a mining operation in South America I was sending 6 figures a week that ended up crossing the borders, and Chase very politely asked me to close all our accounts with them including my personal account which had no activity outside the US.
