I am a direct lender (not a MCA). Do not necessarily have an issue with an Adult Entertainment Club, as long as the numbers work.

My primary driver is profitability (yes, bank deposits are important, but profitability and ability of the client to meet their obligations drives approvals).

Monthly payments, 18 month max term (with some exceptions).

Early payoff available any time after six months, with no fees, penalties or interest.

If you can't find a weekly home for it, we can take a look if the banks are clean and there's no criminal history, derogs, etc. It would be daily pay, so your merch would have to bend a bit. Offer would max out at 75k as well, but likely be closer to 50k.

Clearly stated no daily payments, attention to detail is a lost art now and days. He probably has more then a few lenders for daily payments at 50k. Anyway, If the average daily balance is solid I know a few guys that would look at it, I'll PM. Good luck otherwise.

I thought I made it clear that I had read the request carefully and was requesting some flexibility on the part of the merchant if need be.
